New e-commerce experience

The Opportunity

I supported Mars Petcare to redevelop their customer value proposition (CVP) which was brought to life through a re-designed digital brand and e-commerce experience that aimed to streamline and enhance the online experience, currently segregated across a range of bespoke digital channels.

To ensure the brand design work resonated deeply with both existing and target customer segments (both Consumer and Pro-Team) I co-led customer testing efforts before handing over screens to the delivery teams.
